We created visuals for a cylindrical LED screen, 14.6 meters high and 3.7 meters in diameter, installed at the heart of SM Mall of Asia in the Philippines.
Wonders of the Sea is a tribute to the underwater world of the Philippines — the beauty of coral reefs and the majesty of marine life. The project not only showcases this fragile ecosystem, but also invites us to reflect on its future.
Drawing on biology and geology, our team imagined how marine species might evolve over millions of years. The main characters of the piece — turtles, manta rays, nautiluses, seahorses, jellyfish, clownfish, and sea stars — all originate from the Philippine seas.
Nature teaches us that everything changes and nothing lasts forever. Seasons shift, species adapt, and life moves forward. Wonders of the Sea offers a glimpse into a far-off future — a vision of what the ocean might become.
