ATOM museum

Exhibition Design
2023

From 2020 to 2023, the radugadesign studio was engaged in the design and creation of one of the exhibition halls for a new multimedia museum commissioned by Rosatom. The studio worked on the development of both the architectural framework and the creative concept for the project, ensuring that the museum experience would be innovative and immersive for visitors.

This undertaking required careful collaboration with Rosatom to align the technical and aesthetic goals, resulting in a unique environment that blended cutting-edge technology with educational storytelling.

For radugadesign, this project became one of the most ambitious and complex. The sheer scale of the task, combined with the need to integrate multimedia content seamlessly into the architectural design, pushed the team to expand their expertise across multiple disciplines.

Radugadesign studio developed the visitor journey and over 20 installations for the three main sections of the Modern Nuclear Industry hall: Energy of the Future, Nuclear Medicine, and Atomic Energy in Space. Each section was carefully designed to offer an engaging and educational experience, guiding visitors through interactive exhibits that highlight the advancements and applications of nuclear technology.
